not sure if this is done in photoshop or illustrator.
I need the smiley face re drawn for a higher resolution image.
Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Off hand I'd say it is a vector file. It wouldn't be too hard to trace the face in AI

Illustrator would be the logical move...but in case you don't have it PS can do it easily with the PEN TOOL and if you paint it black using the
FILL LAYER > SOLID COLOR you'll have a perfect logo that will be sizable.

Heres a good chance to learn for your self.
There is enother program called Adobe Streamline & it will take a tiff image and vectorize it fairly easily & do a nice job.
Then u can save it as a .ai or .eps file, take it to illustrator, & make it whatever size u like.
I used to use that program everyday when I was making signs, & it is a very nice tool for anybody who has anything to do with graphics.
