Hi, everyone. I've been following some tutorials around here, and a lot of them require filters that my Photoshop will not allow me to use. Does anyone know why they are grey instead of black, and unusable. Among the unusable are, plastic wrap, render clouds, render difference clouds, everything in artistic, brush strokes, pixelate, and many others.
