on image ready, i cant get the tween to look right, when i add it each frame starts to fade right but it shows the transparent back ground, the gray and white blocks... what do i do to change this. Im not to famalier with it

Your probrably including the background in with the tween. You need to either add another background layer under your current to prevent this or disclude the current background layer from the tween(if possible).
