|
|
Hello everyone. I have a very easy way to get a nice snow effect on the edges of documents. Here's how:
1. First, make a new Photoshop document of any size you like. However, it does look better on documents already made with a darkish background.
2. Now, make your shape. This example is of a gray square (again, it looks better with dark colors).
3. Now open "blending options" and go to "outer glow".
4. Now enter the settings shown below:
Blend mode: dissolve.
Opacity: 75%.
Noise: 12%.
Color: white.
Technique: softer.
Spread: 21%.
Size: 29%.
5.That's all! This is the finished effect:
Tip: you can change the "outer glow" settings a bit and you will get different results. Try changing the spread and size and see what you get.
Hope you liked it! |
