Hi, I'm very new to PhotoshopCS, have just started taking raw files on a Canon 20D. My error message is " could not complete your request because it is not right kind of document"
I can't seem to find the info in the manual to correct this, plug in seems to be installed. Any direction would be a help. |

it's my understanding that CS will support Canon RAW (.CRW) files, it certanly opens mine, although I dont have the 20D. Personaly I use Raw shooter esentail by Pixamatic, I belive it's still free, I prefere this for the workflow. You may need an update for CS for the 20D check with Adobes site. Wayne |

The only time that I've got that error message is when I'm trying to import images into photoshop. Be sure that you are going to file>open, and not file>import. Simple mistake, as I do it almost weekly!!!!!
