Nice, very nice. Terragen can put out some high-quality stuff.

Now, I haven't seen enough Terragen stuff in order to know what textures, etc. are defaults. So it could be that this is a very cheesy image using all default textures, and I wouldn't know it. But from an outsider's view, it looks great.

I'd be careful with the clouds, however. They've got some funny texturing going on with the edges. While that would be perfectly acceptible in a painting (provided that it was stylistically consistent), the texture looks out-of-place and unrealistic in this 3D scene. Was that done in Terragen or Photoshop?

Anyway, good job, and thanks for posting it.

the only thing i have to say is i dont like the shadows, you should make your sun be a little more overhead:) but it is good:)

The clouds don't look soft and cuddly.
maybe the whole thing could use a bit more saturation.
