I've given you an 8. There are two reasons why, one for each point deducted:
1) It's not the most original idea ever, though the iPod ads make such styled pics rather endearing.
2.) In an image so simple, perfection is possible. In my opinion, perfection would mean having the right headphone cord behinf her hair or even disappearing halfway through, but either way the cut-off for the cord should follow the curve of the hair, not just be round on the end.
Love the colour, though. 1 seconds more work and it'll be about as perfect as is possible.

Look around the arms and stuff. See how it looks pixelly? There's probably an easy way to get rid of it. I'd probably blur the person layer a litle bit, or maybe use the blur tool. I'm not sure if that''s the best way, but I think it could be pixed somehow.
