well, I've just started working on a webpage for myself. I have a small frame at the top for navigation, and I may have miniscule one at the bottom. The problem is, when the content in the mniddle frame gets long enough, the scrollbar appears and it gets moved over, making the nice vertical alignment all messed up. Is there maybe a way I can have the scrollbar present no matter what so that I can boost the content of the other frames over properly and have it aligned properly?
