Use the polygonal Lassoo tool, i have explained how to use it about 100 times in these forums check the beginners section out

Jersey Hackeruses the polygonal Lassoo tool...I use the quick mask other people you channels, pentool, extract, color selection, eraser, magnetic eraser..etc. each has its use.

I like the quick mask because its the same as painting the object black, like coloring as a kid..very simple.

You click quick mask, then fill start painting the picture(see mask1)..you don't even have to be careful. When you are done simply go around painting black to add mask..white to delete mask.. then hit the edit standard mode (Q), (mask2) then delete. (mask3).

Works for me,

I tend to use the polygonal lassoo or ther extract filter, depending on the image, for this I'd probable use extract. Wayne

yeah quick mask mode is a very good way for selecting objects in pic's
that's the way i would do it!
