i've seen some nice nebula and or normal clouds done very nicely with a certain kind of brush, got any links to nice ones you've used or seen?

sounds like the smudge tool, i use that one to make some decent clouds

ya, smudge does it pretty nice however they also have some brushes for it... smudge seems to work fine though
