F1 (Help) - Look up Creating layers and layer sets It's all there. If you're CS or above check out Layer Comps for some additional possibilities. |

Select all layers you want grouped and press ctrl-G. Welcome to the forums!

Often questions like this have been asked already, and a quick search will turn up the results for you. Datameister himself has already explained that to me, and I in turn to someone else, so there's at least two results you would've found...
