				Colors are off when I open anything in PS , but once I export it the colors are fine again.. its like there is a filter over PS. It use to work but now its messed up..I dont know if maybe I hit some button that changed the settings.. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling PS but its still the same. I have a project I am workin on but I cannot see the real colors Im edditing untill I export it.. such a pain!

				Finally figured it out for those with the same issue...
 
 
click view tab and turn on proof colors
 
then click on view tab and then proof setup and select monitor RGB your colors should now be back to normal...  |

				damn, im new in photoshop, and i got the same problem, but instead of any vivid color,it paints in white !.
 
 
and i did what says above about the monitor RGB and still paints white !.  |

First  try swicthign to RGB Mode by going into Image/ mode / rgb and see if that helps.  It should do the trick, and if it doesn't, you may want to try setting Adobe Gamma located within your control panel.  You will have to shut down photoshop to set the Adobe Gamma.  Adobe Gamma is a color macthing program, you only have to do this once (if your lucky and/or want).  It matches the screen with Photoshops colors.  It is like adjusting the color (tint), brightness and contrast on your television.  Just start adobe gamma and follow the step by step instructions.
