That's very good work. I'm unfamiliar with terragen.
On the top image, I think some of the edges are a bit harsh. on the bottom left, that ridge has a sort of paper cut-out look, because it's not casting any shadow. I'm not really sure how you would fix this.
The lower half of the image (below the lake) looks a bit flat to me. I think maybe you could make the terrain greyer as it gets away from the lake, or make it more green closer ot the lake..
i like the way it fades to blue as the mountains get farther away. I think, however, that you could maybe reduse the blue on the lower half of the image.
As for the snow image, I don't have nay criticisms.

Thats some very nice work you got there, i like the top one the best, its very realistic, and so is the bottom one, just to me the bottom one isnt as good

I really really like the water effect, was that done on terragen, cos if it was done on photoshop, i would really really love to know how u did it

it was done on terragen but I could do that water effect on photoshop as well. flaming pear plugin has the water effect on it but its just called flood
