One of the reasons i blurred the middle was to make the stars look better, cos they were just done with the default brushes, and i also blurred the middle to make the text, (which i filter>winded both ways) more readble _________________ www.jerseyhacker.co.uk

OK, well thanks for your compliments dude!
Right, i for the line border, create a new layer, and then select all (ctrl+a), and go to edit > stroke and set it too 7px and black, and then click apply, then, go to edit>stroke again, and do 8px and a dark grey, and finally, do it once more, with 10px, and white, and then change the blend mode to soft light, hope that helped you owyn, and as far as the line thing you reffered to on the pro. pwnage (my clan) create a new layer, and use the marquee tool, to make a selection like mine, going along the image horizontally, and then fill it with white, and then lower the opacity of that layer to like %30 - %50 (or lower) until it looks good, once thats done, go to blending option of that layer (right click the layer with the white line on it, and go to blending options) and select stroke, white, 2px, and set opacity to like %60
Hope that was understandable, if you dont undersatand anything, or want more techniques, ust ask mate
