I have absolutely no idea how you did that. Now, I don't know what's good in the land of illustrating in PS like that, so I will say it's fine. But ah, it looks pretty cool to me. Some really good ones in your little collection there.

you build as individual 'wires' then merge them. apply a style to the merged and manipulate the bevel and highlight/shadows.. simple stuff.

Incredible work, my friend. Keep it up! You've got a great style going. Most of your stuff doesn't look terribly "Photoshopish," which is good. Digital art should always reflect the artist, not the program. Yours reflects more of you than Photoshop.
