Ok I could really use some help here.

After reinstalling photoshop (for reasons that are neither pertinent or relevant), I started getting an error indicating that scratch page and primary paging file on same volume of my hard drive. On top of that, my Fonts and Texts look like garbage now; very pixalated and chunky. What gives? I've only ever had one partition on my C: drive, and this problem has never occurred before. The only thing that I did was reinstall photoshop (using the default setup settings) and now everything is a mess!

Any suggestions?
