I saw a post where someone took a picure of Nemo and a picture of themself then placed their face on Nemo's face. They matched the color so well that it looked like Nemo with this other guys features. Does anyone know how this could be done? If an example is needed I could provide the picture.

Please provide a picture, so that its easier to understand your problem, and what you need help with in the problem
