Wow, tall order bro! Tell ya what, if all else fails, try doing a Google search on "photoshop tutorials". You'll come up with a lot of stuff that will help you out, including most of the sites will have step by step instructions.
Step by step instructions are great for beginners, as you read one step, do it, read another, do it, etc. etc. It works even better if you have dual monitors, so you can have photoshop open on 1 monitor and the tutorial open on the other.
Someone might be able to help you out on T/S though.....
