How the devil do you make transparent gif not become distorted, pixilated, and blurry? Below is an example of what I mean.

EDIT: it actually looks much better here than it does when I import it to flash or a html page.

I'm guessing you're talking about colored fringes on the edges of the transparent areas. You need to set the Matte color (in the Save For Web dialog box) to a color similar to that of the background you intend to use.
