				| I have a nasty blured picture and i need to make it clear.Can I use Photoshop for this job or is it necessary to use another programe?Sorry if my english isn't very good:)

				| Well theres blured, and BLURED! it depends how bad it is, you could try the unsharp mask in Photoshop (filter/sharpen/unsharp mask)  
 Another idea is a program called Focus Magic, I think theres a trial version, this works up to a point on motion blur (but only up to a point!)  if it's really blured your probable stuck with it.
 Post the  pic and we can see.
