BROO.. then it gets a little less clear, but not impossible. Maybe a drop shadow would help?

Busy backgrounds are killer for legibility. Also, the colors of the text and background are very similar, which makes it even harder. Bottom line--yes, it's a bit difficult to read. Otherwise, it looks pretty good, though.

Thank you for the comments, I would redesign in but i forgot to save a copy 
Ill probaly keep the background and changed the text to a light yellow so it stands out with the glow
