Hello is it possible to take out the background where the dogs are and replace it with the affrican bacground?

Yes, it's technically possible. The problem is, those particular pictures wouldn't work together well at all. I don't mean that as a matter of personal taste; the angles and lighting just wouldn't work.
In theory, removing backgrounds is a simple process. The way you'll have the most control is by using Layer Masks. These allow you to manually erase parts of layers without losing the information; you can then paint white areas on the Layer Mask and the erased areas reappear.

Oh, sorry. I misunderstood.
In that case do what Datameister recommended. But I’m still not quite sure what you are asking… Are you photographing dogs to put on different background? If so, photograph them in front of a solid color backdrop (like green). This will make it easier to create a Layer mask.
