I have this image, when I got it it was a mess i've done the best with it i can... can someone help me with ideas or tips on how to sharpen this image up???

The best way to do this would be to simply re-create the picture using paths. That way, you can scale it to whatever size you like and not lose any sharpness. I'll give it a try and post my results.

EDIT: Here's my restored version. It can be resized to look sharp at any resolution.
