How do I make this:

Which is an actual image.

Look like this:
Which was text related alone.

How I did the text thingy:
I duplicated, painted the new text black, then I switched to the original red layer. Rasterized it and I grassian blurred it till it looked good!! So how do I do that process to an actuall image? What I intend to do is this: Gonna make it glow red to go on an all black page!!! It has to look pretty simialr to the Mystikosys banner, where do I begin start to finish??

Help me please!!

Another question!

does anyone know some good fonts that offer some good borders?
Preferably Bohemian, Celtic, or Victorian? Ive seen a few like this but they're all crap!!

But gimme some links to those rockin fonts!!!

That brighter border was a good try man! It will probally be incorperated in a different way on the site than I intended however! Which still makes it a good addition!!
