I have a picture that was taken with a Camera phone so it doesn't have that very high a resolution. But it's bright enough to see everything.
My only problem is that because it was taken witha camera phone the resolution is that great so I there any way to make the picture look better.
It'a already just a bit blurry to begin with but I was just wondering if there was any way to smooth it out and try to make it look like it was taken with a better resolution. |

1) duplicate layer
2) set it to "Overlay"
3) use a high pass filter. _________________ I love Photshop! |

High Pass Filter? Set it higher or lower? It doesn't seem to help much. |
