|
|
I'm a newby to photoshop. I've extracted the white backround of a bottle of champagne so there is a checkerboard backround. I want to save that image and export it into Final Cut so that I can annimate just the bottle without any white backround.
It seems simple enough but i'm strugling |

I would save it as .png.
Some browsers don't support .png so if you are wanting it for an html site I would save it .gif. If you are importing it to flash mx or sometin' I would save it .png. _________________ .shrimpy. |

Thanks for replying. There doesn't seem to be png. I'm not using it for any web app, just for final cut pro. |

Ok, look at the image's window's title, does it say "name.psd RGB 8-bit" or does it say 16-bit?! _________________ .shrimpy. |

Hmmm, that's why. Change the color mode to RGB and you'll be able to save it as PNG. Image>Mode>RGB. _________________ .shrimpy. |
