How do i do a fancy text style. All i can find to do is the standard text. I want outlines texture etc. Aint sure what i want really just something different how would i go about doin this?

down load a text. then goto your control panel and find texts and put them there. if you want to make em, i dont know

what do you mean by downloading a text? a plugin or addon?

I think he means download a font.
a simple way to get 'fancy text', if I know what you're asking...(this will at least get you started)
1. Make a layer with a photo or some sorta intersting texture
2. Type a word in a font you like on a layer above it
3. CTRL+Click the text layer to make a selection
4. Hide the text layer
5. Click on the layer with the photo or texture
6. On the bottom of the Layers pallete, click the second icon from the left - the little 'circle in the box' icon
7. You should now see the word filled with the lower layer.
8. Go to help and look up "Layer Mask" to see what's up.
If you wanna, right click on the layer with the mask and go to 'Blending Options'. You can add all sorts of tacky photoshopisms. 
Go from there...

LEARN how to use THE PEN TOOL. You can make fancy text with the pen tool.
