Hello all. A while ago I saw images - and it was pretty trendy at that time - manipulated with a special plugin to give a Television lines kind of effect, futuristic look, very thin lines crossing the image horizontally. I used this plugin many years ago in a company I used to work to, but never saw it again and can't remember the name, any help welcomed. Thanx. |

Create a new document/canvas 3px x 1px fill the top pixel and bottom pixel with black, define it as a pattern. There you go your very own scanlines. You can adapt the dimensions for different effects.
