How in the world did this person make this pic, ive tried for hours and hours to get something to look even close to good but i cant seem to do anything good.

although this is not exact the procedure should be simular and should give you an idea of what you need to do, if you dont understand something I did feel free to ask :)

What do you mean by how? If you mean painting every little pixel without cheating by just copying and pasting (or should I say ripping) the works of others; just a lot of practice. ;)

O.o i know that they didnt draw it or paint it on there but not the pictures, thats easy just copy paste, i meant how did they get all the other stuff there, that i cant get good stuff like that, But i have read the rest of the forum since posintg and now i know how, also Ekosh's little tutorial that he rplied with helped me alot too

I use the polygon lasso tool zoom in to about 300%and outline the image if you have multiple area you need to select you can hold down the shift key and make multiple selections and then delete the selected areas, if that makes sense

lol I do it really fast, it usually doesnt take mevery long if you zoom it takes less time in my openion
