It's slick but you have gone overboard on the blending effects, it's too abstract as is and that distracts.
The blue of the text is also unharmonious and discordant with the overall colour scheme, there is also the concern that if it is a permenant feature on your own website as more of a 'logotype/identity' than an advertisement it could be viewed as distracting or annoying. Fine on someone else's website but not on your own 
Font choice seems good though.

I think if you cut the blue text it would be fine, that text is good without the color...

Thanks for the feedback, i didn't expect it to turn out great so i just used any colour for the moving text, it was my first attempt and im pretty new to photoshop so thanks anyway
