Some guy caught me on AIM and asked me for my services, even though I dont have "services." I asked him what he needed.. He asked if i could do webpages etc. i said no, but i told him i did graphics such as banners etc.
So I did a logo for him, for some record company or something, but he gave me very limited recourses, he didnt give me any ideas, so I did a simple logo... Im not very pleased, but I didn't have much to work with, anyways here it is.

In truth it doesn't look like much of a logo in the traditional sense. Normally it is a visual representation of the ethos (insert relevent phrase) of the company, mixed with a typographical element to reinforce the image.
It should look as good on a black and white home printer as it does in full colour catalogue's, it should translate to keyring's and bags and still look good on hoarding's and sign's. Diversity is key.
Oh and don't get disheartened, Nike bought their logo for $20
