Hi,

I have an emac OS X v10.3, and a HP photosmart 2610 all in one printer. The equipment is new just bought everything this Jan. /05. Recently when I scan a picture it comes out dark (black). Can someone help me?

Thank you,

Lily Confused

You can try adjusting contrast and brightness in the preview mode of your scanner.
