It doesn't seem to be a very realistic representation of what the end template might be like when actually 'upped' to the web, I am concerned that your aliasing and the space you aportion to your main body text does not realistically reflect what will be the end result. At the moment everything is on the large side to say the least, there is also not enough continuity in the colour scheme.
If you made the website into a fully functional web document (including the database work etc) then a price maybe achieved, at the moment I would say that it falls short of a saleable website.
Good luck though _________________ If life serves you lemons, make lemonade! |

IMHO
the airplane is a bit distacting from an otherwise nice site.
What is the client likely to pay per page?
Check other pricing on the web for similar sites and work around that.
Set a decent price on your work and come down if need be.
