ive used pattern maker in a great number of seeds , and i cant get a " duplicate " pattern made from this image :

... i need to make it patterned in a 1024 x 1024 image , to clone stamp or layer into a web template .

anyone know how to do this ? i also tried edit>define pattern , but i dont know how to get it to tile ...

nm sorry ,i found out how to do it ...

after i define the pattern , i needed to select all on a new image and right clik , goto fill , and pick the defined pattern from the dropdown , just to explain for anyone wondering what the solution was .
