PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE and PLAY, PLAY, PLAY with Photoshop. DO NOT be afraid to try anything! It is a "DUMB" computer, it WON'T BITE YOU!
It looks like to me the tennis painting was done in Photoshop and he would like to recreate the painting in Photoshop himself. It takes YEARS of practice to beable to obtain that kind of work or greater! Bert Monroy could probably recreate that exact painting in Photoshop in about a half a day - maybe less I bet.

I'm guessing your asking what we would do with this pic? Well I would use levels to brighten it up, and by selecting different areas even it up. Wayne
