to be honest....I really dont like it.
The render is too faded, text isnt that great, and you should think about adding a lil bit more color.
I'm not trying to insult you at all, just making a few suggestions.

Add a some more blending options to the text and change the text color to fit the color scheme.I would suggest using a different font, but that's JMO. That is the main prob, the text is plain.
The way someone would critigue this sig beyond the text is pure opinion. If you like that faded blurry look of your sig then that is fine. I think it would be better if you brought out the main pic a bit more instead of having it so blurry.
I don't like having empty space in my sigs so I suggest maybe you put some other pic or put something in that big empty space in the middle of the sig.
Simple is a good way to go, and ultimately, it is your personal taste in what YOU like and what YOU want in your sigs that make your sig. If you like this look of your sig then don't change it. The most important thing about Photoshop is that your stuff looks good to YOU. Don't get caught up with pleasing other people unless you're making something specifically for someone else.
Just have fun with it.
