Things extending outside of borders is a very useful design technique. It opens up the design, and that's a good thing. Putting frames and borders on things and keeping everything inside them is a hallmark of amateurish design.

Of course, like anything, it can be overdone, but I don't think he's overdoing it. Keep up the good work, Shadow. Are you using your own images, though, or things you find on the net?

I wasnt insulting it at all I liked it, I like making border in my sig and then going beyond them if you know what I mean. :) so I do that sometimes.

If you mean renders like the car I used then no, I don't make them, im to stupid to make them :P lol, though I used to make renders my PC couldnt handle what I was trying to do, I use alot of brushes, and make soem myself sometimes, I used to only use filters, and i came up with pretty promising stuff..
