ok....you might want to try www.Pixel2life.com
They have tons of tutorials on signatures, banners, web page headers, etc....
Just go to Adobe Photoshop--->Banners and Web Images and there you go....
you might also want to try Web Layouts as well. Some very good tutorials there.
Hope to see what you come up with.
