Job Summary: The image manipulation specialist is skilled in retouching, compositing, color correcting, and other digital manipulations to raster images. Raster images are typically scanned photographs but may also include digitally generated images. The specialist will also work with digital vector files incorporating type and other graphics with photographic images. It is also the specialist’s responsibility to meet with customer service/sale representatives and sometimes with customers to share information about the work being done.
Communication between the specialist and customer service/sales is key to producing accurate, cost effective, and profitable results. A successful Image Manipulation Specialist will not only be able to accurately and efficiently complete the customer’s requested procedures but will also play an active role in clarifying what those procedures should be. The specialist should be a proactive advocate for the best solution.

Not wishing to sound too blunt, but I can count by the hundreds these type of offers in various forums.
Perhaps it would be of some help if you could post something about your company, a website, a business or trading address. More information on pay scale etc...
It's all well and good to ask for our resumes, without giving some assurances that you are not bogus or a timewaster.
