When I try to log onto PHS it says the scratch disks are full and that it can't load patterns, brushes and initialize etc etc... I know how to fix the problem from inside the program, but since I can't access it because of this mess.. I've come to a dead end Frown Can someone help me please? There has to be another way to reach the prefferences and plug-ins to clear the scratch, right? :\ If not then I'm in serious problem. and no, of course I don't have the same disk for PHS itself and the scratch disks.

I'm stuck, someone care to get me loose?

It would seem that you have the Scratch Disk set to the same volume as your Hard-drive, not a problem in itself, but it seems that you have a full C drive (or main HD).

Try deleting some programs or files that y ou dont use and see if that helps

I've tried that already.. *sighs* and yes, it's very possible since my Hard drive is beginning to clog up! *lol* However I can't really take more things away since I use basically all programs there now... *has a rather small main HD* Though I have the scratch set to my external HD.

I'll see if I can find something else to delete and kick away from the main HD..

Thank you for your time and help!

Download a program called CC Cleaner, it is free and clears up more than your average cleaner, including Photoshop files that are temp. or redundant.
