Well things like the body paint and neon lights don't work. After each tutorial I complete I save it, and then reopen it and merge the layers down so that it is a background layer, which was one of my problems at first. |

if you just merge down and merge down it will often not work because if the yop layer was set to blend at hard light and the layer below to blend to differance, now both layers would blend to diffferance. if you merge down to a normal it will be normal and the same as b4 you merge it. the thing todo is that the bottom layer is almost always normal(if not make a clear layer on the bottom) and do a merge all |

I've now got all but the neon effect to work. I follow the exact instructions, but it doesn't work. In the tutorial it shows the whole layer being a certain color and then you erase all the excess on and around the vehicle, leaving just stuff on the bottom. But when I do the layer mask it just puts the color on the car and not around it. |
