I'm not sure green is a good colour scheme for Metallica. They seem more like black, red, yellow and silver to me. Right now the background looks kind of relaxing and soothing, whereas with a more intense scheme, those same diagonal lines would look energetic.

Also, the guy on the right doesn't look like he fits, because he's orange and the rest of them are relatively normal-coloured. Did you take him from a different photo? You should play with levels, hue/saturation and replace colour until he looks the same as the rest of them.

Lastly, I'm not sure about the placement for the band name, but I don't know where it should go, either. If you are going to put it in the top left, I'd put it right up against the top, not 1/3 of the way down, like it is now. Have you tried putting it other places, like the top right? Maybe you don't even need the whole name. The lightning bolt M is distinctive enough that fans would recognise it on its own. You could put it really large and in the background behind the band, or something.

Other than those three comments, looks good. Some of your better work, I'd say.

green is just what the person wanted that I did it for.. eh I can change it though for this. As for the pics, they are all taken from a different photo, I got each individually, he was more bluish and I tried to make him fit in, guess it didn't work :). I'll tr some suggestion.

@cyborg
