I'm planning on starting a web comic soon about a bunch of ghosts who haunt a natural history museum. I have pencil sketches of my characters and am in the process of turning them into vector graphics. Here are the first two, a caveman named Gnok (he's holding a charred stick because he's an artist) and an (Amer)Indian woman named Plays-with-Fire.

I've noticed that the strokes on Plays-with-Fire, especially her face, are too thick. This is because I created her larger than Gnok and reduced her in Illustrator, not Photoshop. I realise now that when you reduce the size of something in Illustrator, it does not reduce the stroke correspondingly. I'll have to remember to do all my resizing after converting to jpeg from now on, or else fix the stroke manually.

pretty cool, but the eye of Plays-with-Fire is a bit to big compared to Gnok's eyes!
