Ok this isn't exactly a photoshop issue, it's more a DVD player program issue. I don't know where to put this thread.

Basically my question is how can I capture JPEG's or Frame Shots of dvd's playing on my pc?

Because I've tried using Print Screen while a DVD is playing and then I put the Print Screen in like Dell Image Expert or something like that and it puts the image there, yet it looks like the movie is still playing in front of my eyes...through Dell Image Expert!!! O_O

It doesn't actually hold the JPEG in the form that it should be. It just keeps playing the movie, and yes I've tried pausing the movie and doing the screen shot and it still doesn't work.

Please someone help!!!!! Cuz I have a friend in Australia that for some reason can do this on her system, hell she even has a lil function on her DVD program that says "take snapshot of the movie". Umm...my pc is newer than hers, it's a Dell and I have Power DVD, Windows Media Player, and other things like Win Amp or whatever else.

Which program do I need to use so I can take Print Screens and create Gif's or Jpegs out of DVD's playing on my pc?

My firm does a lot of screen shots of our commercials for our site and other things. I use Adobe Premiere, and I eleiminate the problem you are talking about. Good Luck!
