could someone go thru this step by step or show me a thread on this
like
step 1...edit images
2...........slice them in PS? or
3...........JUMP TO IMAGE READY AND SLICE THERE?
4...........open editor,make tables first?and then place eacg slice in a cell?

I do my slices in photoshop cause all you need to do is create guides where you want your slices, select the slice tool, and then hit the "slices from guides" button at the top. Then ill jump to image ready cause you can select and optimize each individual slice with more ease from the optimize palette.
