Looks good overall. Nice colour scheme, and I do like the text, although the whole circuitry look has been done to death. I have a couple of suggestions to make.

Did you skew or distort the pistol? It doesn't look right. I know you're trying to add perspective, but skew/distort really only works on flat objects. Try to find a picture of a gun from the correct angle, or redesign the banner so you can use the one you've got in its original form. I'm also not sure it needs the motion blur.

The text needs some kind of alignment, because right now it's just floating. Likewise the animated keyboard. To quote Robin Williams (the designer, not the actor): "Nothing should be placed on the page arbitrarily." I'd either stick the text all the way down in the bottom right and the keyboard in the top right, or else add some kind of strong visual line to align your elements against. For instance, maybe if the barrel of the pistol was horizontal and aligned with the top of the picture, which in turn lined up with one of stronger lines of the circuitry, you'd have a sort of "visual clothesline" to hang your text from.
