Hi Guy`s, I`m new to photoshop7,and could do with some help.Following the tutorial to the "Halo Effect",is quite good.Only when i try it on a school photo of a nephew still in colour or edited into gray scale.A halo appears but with a very fine line-like glow around the image as if it was drawn on by a pencil crayon of the sort (This is the only way i can describe the effect).I have tried ajusting the `glow size` and `glow brightness`,.No changes seem to take effect. I find using the `polygonal lasso tool`the easiest tool to use when selecting the image. I,ve had this `neon glow` happen once after so many hours of retries but i became so tired in the process that i had`nt reslized what it was i did. The glow around the image appeard to show as it appears on the tutorial. Since then,i just end up with a thin coloured line.Any help would be hugely appreciated.Baz,Thanks |
