I am wondering about a couple of things with a web page!!!

I have created a we page and sliced it all up - opened it in dreamer and evrything is fine but I was wondering, when I open it in Internet Explorer it does not fit the whole screen - theres a bit on the left missing - I have designed the website on 800 X 600 - is ther something I'm missing in the back ground of HTML???

Also when designing a page on Adobe how do you get the navigation bar to reamin on every page? Should I transfer tthis into a different frame or use my original design as a template for each page???

Thank you in advance for you help!

many website have the same header of the same whole body, also, check to see if it's in a table(tables are very good in dreamweaver) if its in a table make sure the table is 0 thick(in the properties bar)
