How do you make shapes which are not square or rectangle..?
Please can someone help I am new to PS.

well i dont think this is answering yoru question totally, but "custom shape tool" works very well for circles and a lot of others shapes like arrows and what not... hopefully answered yoru question... yes or no?

Use the pen tool - it's really great to make any type of shape 
Takes a bit of getting used to though! A lot of people absolutly hate it, but I think it's the most useful tool ever 
Have a play around with it (hold and drag it to make curves and hold down shift to get straight lines) - if you have any questions, ask here

No I meant save to save the shapes, I can make them..
But when I save them they save a eigher rectangle or square...
I think I need to make the part trancparent...
But how..? |

Are you reffering to vector shapes? Or are u just trying to save an image with a transparent background?
