I can’t seem to get the designs I make with either tool to fill. By accident when attempting to make a website template, as I made a round rectangle the area I made filled as I was making the shape. I can’t seem to get it to work now, when I make a shape with the pen or with the tool, when I go to fill, it just fills the whole area.

Bah, just figured it out. I needed to have the Shape Layers selected.
